Is it possible to add a fonction in the contextuel menu in mozilla ?
For example : Download with flashget.
And how ?

It is possible, but you have to know XUL. There is tutorial at <a href="http://www.xulplanet.com/">xulplanet.com</a>.
I don't know XUL so I can't tell you how to actually change the menus.

you would also need to know at least some javascript to make the menuitem do anything, and possibly some c++ to actually call flashget and get it to download the file (not sure about the last bit though).

If its flashget specifically that your interested in you could download the flashget/opera plugin from http://www.flashget.com/download.htm , though that will result in all downloads being handled by flashget as far as i remember. You could also take advantage of the fact that flashget can monitor the windows clipboard for url's and offer to download them. Just copy a link to the clipboard while flashget is running.
