There's no need to do that. Simply open the "userContent-example.css" file and save it as "userContent.css". The example file should already be in the right directory.

That is exactly what you are supposed to do. You can either copy the example, or just create your own. It would be handy to look over the example to at least see the other possibilities.

It's in your profile folder, under chrome, where you'll be putting your userContent.css file.
