Separate Contacts List

For the far future when people start developing their own eMail clients based on this one, I think it would be good to make the contacts list easily available to any program such as the Windows Address Book is today.

By this, I mean make the address book an entirely separate program that anyone program can easily use and can be loaded without having to start up the mail client first.
