Combined Mailbox Account?

Post by TychoQuad »

The groups of folders to the left of the window display our different mail accounts and folders in them, but what if we could add a new group which would show all mail from all accounts in those seperate folders?

For example, I have 2 new messages on account A, 3 on account B and 0 on account C. the folder groups could show like this:

^# All Mail
-Inbox (5)
-Drafts
-Templates
-Sent
-Junk (7)
-Trash

^# Account A
-Inbox (2)
-Drafts
-Templates
-Sent
-Junk (1)
-Trash

^# Account B
-Inbox (3)
-Drafts
-Templates
-Sent
-Junk (2)
-Trash

^# Account C
-Inbox
-Drafts
-Templates
-Sent
-Junk (4)
-Trash

Since every group is collapsable, you would only need to have the collected group showing, and still be able to access all your new/old mail. It wouldn't copy the mail to the new location, it would only mirror it there. Deleting a mail when viewing from the combined group would send the mail to it's appropriate trash can.
