more descriptive smtp setting in advance setting.

current I have multiple accts on the same server, so I have configure multiple smtp servers setting with different user. but when I goto the advance setting screen to associate the smtp server to my account, it only show the server and not the user name, so multiple entires look the same. It will be good to include the username in there somewhere...to make it more obvious when we select the server. Thanks.
