TB 68 crashes when clicking to load from Tray

Hi, I'm sticking to TB 68 because I need the third part account colours plugin.
But now, whenever I click on Thunderbird Tray icon (by PixelCollider), Thunderbird crashes.

I don't understand installing github on windows 7, so google searches have been unhelpful.

Does anyone know a solution?
