At present, I can add news servers and subscribe to newsgroups, but can't read them. There does not seem to be any messages downloaded.
This is using a Linux build I built from CVS but I also see this in Seth's recent build and the older Minotaur build.

Can you send me a private message (or post part of it here) an NNTP log when you try to read a message?

To be more precise, I can't even see any messages; when I click on a newsgroup I get nothing, though I did notice that the throbber starts animating, so maybe it is downloading and I'm just unable to view the messages.
Unfortunately I can't seem to get a log to be generated. I can't even get one for pop3 .
I used:
Code: Select all
export NSPR_LOG_MODULES=NNTP:4
export NSPR_LOG_FILE=/tmp/tb_nntp.log
I did that first as a pair of commands, then ran TB. After that didn't work, I added that to .bashrc, logged out and back in, ran TB and again nothing.
