Remote images are displaying despite setting unchecked

Remote images are being displayed in the 5/21 build, though the setting to allow them is unchecked.

I should just remove this from the UI. I keep having to repeat myself. This feature has not been implemented in mozilla yet. When it is, thunderbird will get it for free. I just left it in the UI as a reminder so that when it is implemented things will just work.
Thunderbirds are Go!

This feature is in my Mozilla 1.4b, and works fine.
