91.5.0 does not open ZIP archives

91.5.0: when I try to open attached ZIP file, TB shows explorer's window to save it instead open the file with associated WinRAR.exe.
Attached RAR files TB still does not open since 91.4.1.

On the General page of the Settings tab there is a section for Files and Attachments. Has the change of TB version caused TB to lose its previous associations so that Zip files are showing as "Save file" rather than "Open with WINRaR"? AFAIK this is a TB specific setting and not taken from the Windows associations.

I think this issue and the other thread issue has to do with Bug 1747360.
