Repeated Notices to Update Don't Update
I keep getting update notices from Mozilla, but after running them (and they seem to do the job) I get another one stating that something is wrong with my present version and it can't be updated.

Download the full installer exe file from https://www.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/all/
With Thunderbird shut down, run that installer to update to the current version.
