Filter's don't transfer over

I don't see this posted yet, so here it is.

I just migrated my Mozilla profile over to the trunk Minotaur (link posted in Builds). Followed the directions in the post and on Minotaur help.

Eveyrthing works great so far, except none of my filters came through. I don't know about Junk mail yet, as I haven't gotten any, but all my filters are gone.

[Edit: 9:57EST] Junk filters seem to be working. Just had one email go into my Trash. So just regular mail filters didn't come through.
