Virus pic on bluescreen, when starting/closing down computer

Virus pic on bluescreen, when starting/closing down computer
Despite running several spyware/adware/virus programs, nothing detects or removes this thumbnail. Using Windows 2000. Any suggestions? Anyone have a sledgehammer?

Time to reformat and reinstall windows.
