How do I know if I'm running the most Current version / release of Mozilla Firebird?

The last time the browser was called Mozilla Firebird was Firebird 0.7 which is what your using and very outdated as it is just over three years old now (October.07, 2003).

The current major release is Firefox 2.0 at www.mozilla.com however Firefox 1.5.0.* is still being maintained in security updates until late April.2007 with the recent being Firefox 1.5.0.8 found at http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-older.html
