Testopia for automation

Hi
I want to use Testopia to maintain automation review comments. Does it make sense?

If there are 100 scripts under a feature or test area , reviewer will review each script and provide review comments for each script. How to maintain these review comments [ I am currently planning to maintain in excel sheet with columns 'script_name', 'review comments', 'scriptOwnerComments']. Is this review mechanism can be effectively maintained by Testopia ? How Testopia will be useful for me in above case[maintain automation scripts review process].
