Post by deltrem »

- tag I'll use this add-on if this add-on is debugged
- mark read, mark unread
- default out of add-on repositories
- other add-ons by this author
- (ported from alternativeto.net to amo) add-on alternatives
- (ported from amazon to amo) people who installed this add-on also installed
- (ported from reddit to amo) up and down voting
- (ported from yahoo suggestion board to amo) ideas for new add-ons from users

Most of those already exist and the rest I have no idea what you are talking about (mark what unread? what repositories?).

Scroll down: Write a review. An appropriate rating for an addon you think has merit but needs work is 3 stars:

Two places: click on the author's name, or when viewing an add-on page scroll down to: Other add-ons by ...

deltrem wrote:- people who installed this add-on also installed

Scroll down to: Often used with…

deltrem wrote:- up and down voting

Basically the same and even more useless than the already pretty useless 5-star rating system.

Not publicized, and requires an account, but it does exist:

Sort by: Top Rated. I believe Ratings rankings are weighed by the actual NUMBER of stars, which is generally a good indicator of the number of users.
Tip of the day: If it has "toolbar" in the name, it's crap.
