Light Browser & MOZ 1.3b

Hello
There is a Mozilla related browser from Japan: Light.

The program works perfectly with Mozilla 1.0.

Unfortunately the browser does not support Mozilla 1.3b headers and I have to copy all subdirectories to the main directory.

There is a compiler error:
"nsIStreamTransfer.h": file not found.

Any idea how to solve this problem?

I did a websearch for that "light" browser and it turned out that there are some browsers already in that category, for example Dillo ( based on GTK, so, it only runs in Linux), Phoenix & K-meleon (both based on Gecko, which is the rendering engine of the Mozilla suite)

So, I think that this" light browser" must be one of those, with some modifications maybe.
