k. they're back up downloading. wonder if their detection base changed... sorry, but it's like a really good geek soap opera. reading the respective forums and comments and such.

Edit - come on, read here, all the shiny diamond people come out, it's a great geek soap opera. here's one of my favorite parts -

I find IOBit's reaction to this thing wholly amusing as they flounder about. I also love how user tests have shown at least a 75% drop in detection rates.

The comments from Iobit are so inane because they're not even literate. Their staff is NOT totally Chinese-speaking, so they might cobble together some sentences that at least sound intelligent. Reminds me of Charlie Rose's interview with Pres. Ahmadinejad of Iran a few weeks back. Any leader who makes public speeches constantly should at least be articulate in his native language, even if he's spouting hatred. This guy made Bush sound articulate.
