*relief* after experimenting this and that, I think Fedora users (or any other Linux distro that have problems) should just stick with the "plain" terminal client provided here:

Although they are called "beta", I think they are relatively stable...
Anyway, plain terminal client are good as they are:
1. Easy to manage
-Place the client in a folder, it will work in THAT folder with its settings, WUs etc.
-Compared to other official packages that uses /usr, /etc, and many more directories @@
2. Easy to set up
-Configuration files are in config.xml
-You just edit with the file with any text editor and you are done
However, it is a PAIN trying to fold with GPU options turned on, on an NVIDIA Optimus enabled laptop independent of client packages...
Anyone using a Linux laptop with Optimus tried folding one successfully?
