Tunneling cable TV through SSH
It would be cool for my dad at his home to take a few cable TV channels and I could set up an encoder card to stream those channels into Mpeg-2, tunnel it through SSH to me at my university, and then I could decode them back into their respective channels. It would also be illegal pity.
