The site is Bonanza.

Because that's a marketplace site, which makes you a low rung marketplace seller in their eyes, I'm afraid you're stuck with whatever they choose to offer/don't offer you. Think Ebay, Amazon, etc.

Even so, have another word with them. The info you're after is not unreasonable to want to know.

Frank, I agree. It's disappointing which is why I'd like to know exactly how difficult it is to get the info.

No. I'm the only one allowed to post.

I can't imagine finding the information I need is this hard for them.

Just guessing:
It could be anonymity protection issues, not necessarily normal practice, setup by the sites legal department.
. . . or it could be bot traffic expanding the hit numbers and the site wouldn't want to show the majority of hits as bot, not human.
