Actually, that site seems to be working properly.

Moving to Firefox Support.

Clear the browser cache (use menu path Tools->Options->Advanced->Network tab->click on "Clear Now" button.)

Delete any cookies relating to the site(s) involved (Tools->Options->Privacy->Firefox will "Use custom settings for History"->Show Cookies button).

In that case it's an issue for the folks managing AMO and that is not us.

Now moving to Miscellaneous Support as it's not a browser issue.

Miscellaneous Support has been closed for years since June 2007 and nobody but Mods/Admins can post in it.

Moved to mozillaZine Tech in meantime so the OP can actually post in thread.

The support forum for addons.mozilla.org is at https://forums.mozilla.org/ and uses the same a.m.o account.

Looks like a typical AMO outtage to me. There are often gaps in AMO data collection, caused by routine server maintenance or software upgrades. If it goes on for more than a week then it's time to file a bug on bugzilla or contact Jorge.
Tip of the day: If it has "toolbar" in the name, it's crap.

Looks like a typical data outtage. My Sea Fox extension has a gap in user data for the same days, note that download data (server side) was collected fine:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/seamon ... s/?last=30

Also note that the data gap happens right during the Firefox 35 release which began on the 13th. It's possible that Mozilla turned off data reporting during the update to avoid the usual outtages at AMO during updates. These outtages sometimes cause users to not receive critical extensions updates they need for compatibility with the new Firefox version.

Yeah, if you spend enough time looking at stats on AMO, it happens all of the time.

Not sure what your point is. We've already said there's nothing that we can do about it and we are not AMO.

The recent outage is covered by this - https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1203745

(not sure why this stuff seems to be of interest to users, as opposed to Addon developers, though)
