May seem a simple concept - go to /Help/restart with add-ons disabled.
Then go to the main Ubuntu Forums page, use the Login with SSO and see what happens.
I suspect one of the extensions you have installed may be the culprit.
You have several extensions which do the same thing and probably do more damage than good.

Now logging in OK to Ubuntu Forums without my doing anything. So it was a bug from Canonical.
