Commonsense really. This still doesn't clear them of the paid whitelist accusations. But it confirms that German users can control their own software.

Even if Adblock Plus will loose and become illegal in German,
they can't block using it, as it's impossible to do that,
bypassing blocked site is easy and probably mirror sites with this addon will be born...
and first of all, it's my privilege to control what I'm gonna see,
next illegal thing for them will be probably disabling JS, Flash, Java, etc...
