i just read the article from a post on G+ . i dont use Pocket an never will

But it will be installed as it is right now and has been for some time..... shown in

only if you Pay for it. $50 a year or something like that, i know its free to an extent but most of it you gotta pay to use the service completely. its like the heraldsun.com.au . i wont pay for it not to read online content. why? i have bad eyesight for starters. secondly i cannot afford it.

I've been able to remove it from past updates (doesn't show in about:support).
I wonder, after reading the article in the Register this morning whether I will be able to in the future?
I'm also wondering how they will either get around the fee or will it be an opt out situation but fee based if opt in?
Nothing wrong with making a buck if it doesn't make things untenable.
Doesn't matter what you say, it's wrong for a toaster to walk around the house and talk to you
