this started suddenly a few days ago.
i thought it might have hd something to do with changing over to 64 bit firefox, but i have the same problem on chrome as well.
browser does not lock up or crash, but if i try to post photos to timeline i get an error in the little box where the photo usually appears.
if i try to attach a photo to a message, it simply won't work
i was even unable to post a scrennshot when reporting the problem to facebook.
no settings were changed on either my computer, firefox, chrome or facebook.
has anyone else had this problem??
thanks for any advice.

Have you tried rebooting your computer... sometimes the clear stuff up by doing that...

I can think of two areas where stuff like this starts happening... you know... weird stuff...

Your OS updated
Your AV software updated.

... did any of those update behind your back or do you control that stuff.
As you can see she's (The CAT) always alert and on the prowl for Meoware !!

Moving to MozillaZine Tech as the problem seems to involve Chrome as well as Firefox.

Are you using a blocker with EasyPrivacy enabled?

If so, that is probably the issue: force an update of EasyPrivacy.

Does the same thing occur if you launch the application in Mozilla Safe Mode? http://kb.mozillazine.org/Safe_mode

Return to MozillaZine Tech
