Apparently Russia & The Ukraine are seeing the new variant.
So, be careful if you get a message to update your Flash.New ransomware BadRabbit moving quickly through Russia, Ukraine.
Looks like the initial infection vector is a fake Flash update.
We've had recent reports from a few users here about updating Flash when visiting "sites", so be careful.
&....There has been reports of it hitting the US.
Windows Defender apparently can take care of it.
AVAST also has a blog post on it.
