Eternal-September And Apple MAIL On iMac ?

Post by BOBRR »

Hello,

I realize this is a Thunderbird Support Forum, but I couldn't find any dedicated to
eternal-september support, so will take the liberty of posting here.
If there is a more appropriate Forum, anywhere, please do let me know.

Have always had eternal-september showing right after all my Thunderbird folders on my
old W7 pc.

Have just gotten a new iMac.
All sorts of problems trying to use Thunderbird on my MAC, so have
switched to using Apple MAIL for my eMails instead.

But, would sure like to use eternal-september again to read the Usenet stuff, which
I enjoy very much.

Tried to create a new "Account" in MAIL to show eternal-september, but have been unable to do so.
Sr. Citizen now, very, so will blame it on old age.

Could someone, please, walk me thru, step by step how to do it, assuming it is
even possible.

Or, perhaps to have eternal-september as a stand alone APP, and not be linked to Apple MAIL at all ?

What's the best approach, and how to implement it, please ?

Much thanks,
Bob

Moving to MozillaZine Tech as this is not a Thunderbird support issue per OP's comments.
