I do not play games. I don't know how to reset my icon cache.
I'm giving up and just going to tolerate it for a while and see if it heals. Thanks for your help.

I've always found that any problem anyone may come across with Window's OS,
it's best to go & ask at the "Horse's Mouth" & not fool around, so...
