Avast Free 19.3.2369, Firefox, and Win7

The combination of Avast Free 19.3.2369, Firefox, and Win7 prevents CHKDSK from running properly on boot.

Is there a 'fix' that could be made to the FF engine to address this problem?

I believe that Avast is trying to address the incompatibility.

In tests with VirtualBox the https scanner worked well under Windows 10 Pro 64bits (at least in that version of 2015).

The question of the million would be If the https scanner works in Windows 10, because it does not in Windows 7 if it uses the same version free of avast and firefox? It is a very strange thing.
