All of a sudden when I start my PC I'm getting a black screen with message saying Time & Date Not Set
F1 Reboot
I changed the date and time but it doesn't "hold" it
What happened?

Moving to MozillaZine Tech as this has nothing to do with Firefox.
It sounds as though the CMOS battery in your computer may have died. See this article -- https://www.lifewire.com/what-is-cmos-2625826

You don't see it with newer Motherboards but the earlier ones used to have a separate cmos battery most are coin cell ones make sure the polarity is correct

From some websites provided it appears there is more to it than just replacing the battery.
It looks like settings need to be made.
Is it as simple as replacing the battery?

It can be. If that battery is dead, updating the settings should work while the system is running. Shut it down and, because that batter is not providing power, the settings will revert to default values.

Most modern Operating systems will pick up the date and time from one of the government or other time clocks when you are connected to the net. Its really not that hard to set system time and settings

Installed new battery and time/date change is fine and holding!
A lot easier installing than I thought.
Thanks all!
