Done...it was already selected...BTW, my firewalled AVG Pro antivirus is up and running...should it be?

Okay. Don't worry about the antivirus and firewall. I want you to go to C:\ in Explorer and confirm you see the Application Data folder.

Hmmm...don't see application data folder...it should be in just C:\?

Okay, now that we have found it I would like you to create two folders in D:\Win2K Backup: Thunderbird and Firefox.
