I am having an issue with downloading files in Firefox. The download keeps stopping/starting randomly or aka "stalling" then start back up every 30 seconds or so.
I Googled the problem but only results that are more than 10 years old showed up—and those were not even answered.
I was wondering if someone here can help me fix the problem

What Anti Virus and or Security program? And have you cleared your downloads list?
What sort of man would put a known criminal in charge of a major branch of government? Apart from, say, the average voter.
