Give you a hint how support works.
You ask a question then we supply possible solutions and then You put in some effort and try some or all of our solutions.
Now as I see it there is zero effort on your part and around here we have been down this particular path too many times with various Trolls and trouble makers not to see a pattern.
What sort of man would put a known criminal in charge of a major branch of government? Apart from, say, the average voter.

This thread is making me so sad - no understanding, no empathy .
A little kindness goes a long way, people, and it has never killed anyone.

jglanvil, would you consider posting your (valid) question(s) on the official Mozilla support forum ?

The best and easiest way to do that would be to sign up as a volunteer contributor (who knows : you might even decide at one point to actually start answering questions there ).
Once you're signed in, you just click on 'Ask a question' at the top of the page and post a question.

And if anybody here gets mad at me for doing this :

Tough !

Locking this thread. It's gone way beyond ridiculous with multiple members trying to help and an OP who won't even try any of the recommended actions which might help to resolve their problem.
