Came Back to Firefox?

So, for awhile now, I've been running Chrome, but, I'm now back to Firefox, am wondering how to get my tabs onto the bottom of the header? Can anyone help me with this? Thank you a bunch!

Because, I'm would prefer Firefox over Chrome, because of what I've read about Google.

So, now I have it just as I want it, except for having a picture show up on my new tab page. Any suggestions how I do this? I've tried the NewTabPage Tools but it won't start in my version 62.0.2. Thank you in advance!

I've figured it out. It's called NewTab Tweaker, it works great, with a URL, just can't use pictures on my pc, but it works great.
