Help removing the list of folders below the address bar

In my latest FF update version my Xfinity home page suddenly shows a long list of folders below the URL address bar. Please advise how to best eliminate this bar.

Thanks for the response Dan - I used snipping tool to create a screen shot of the line of folders - but cannot find a way to attach it to my reply.

I had to delete and reinstall Firefox because of other issues today and the bar with an endless number of folders has disappeared -I now believe that it was a Bookmarks tool bar that spontaneously appeared without my input. Should it reappear I will get back to the forum. Thanks for efforts, Dan.
