Why input field display emails address?

Referring to following link, I would like to know on why input field display emails address, which I never use before under this web site.
I have done following steps, but emails still auto display under input field 1) Clear Data under Cookies and Site Data 2) Clear History Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance https://1drv.ms/u/s!AuvJV0hx3xTGiHcSzK5 ... a?e=FnXuTp
The link is in Montserrat appears to be a one drive live cloud service.
If you have One Drive Live setup it may be due to that , But . . . There appears to be some current issues (problems) The site also appears to be doing some unnecessary things in it's handling of Javascript and may have pulled the email from your Twitter account Doesn't matter what you say, it's wrong for a toaster to walk around the house and talk to you
Referring to following link, I would like to know on how to prevent following site pulling email from any social media accounts. Furthermore, if I don't use those emails login, could those site collect the listed email address?

The email address is in your history somewhere.
How to delete all history... History > Clear Recent History Time range to clear: Everything Check all options. Click OK button.
Time range to clear: Everything, that is working to clear them
