Backup text area?

Anyone know if an addon or greasemonkey script that backup the text area
It's so annoying when you accidentally click somewhere and all that you have typed is lost

I have been using Textarea Cache before but that addon was not updated for almost 3 years

Even though it was last updated in March 2019, recent reviews do not indicate that it stopped working: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addo ... rea-cache/
