I occasionally get this screen when Firefox hangs or runs slow temporarily. I have been unable to pin down exactly in which situations it occurs. Once it does appear, FF is hung temporarily and there is nothing I can do at that point but wait for it to clear up on its own. It may have obvious meaning to some but if so, its meaning has passed me by. Also, the images on it are always blurred as in this screenshot. Can someone tell me what it indicates? Thanks.
