Twitter starts

Twitter starts automatically when I start Firefox.
How do I disable this?

Did you make sure that you ha set this page as the home page?

Well I had it set for Firefox home.
And I had Restore previous session.

Are we getting closer to the problem?

I think I may have discovered the problem:

Settings/Notifications/Permissions

Twitter was set to enabled.
I'll see what happens now that I have disabled it.
