Amazon "Look inside" not working on Firefox

I'm no longer able to access Amazon's "Look inside" book preview feature using Firefox. Clicking on the book image does nothing. I have no such problem on Amazon when I use another browser like Vivaldi or Brave. Even with Firefox's Troubleshoot Mode enabled, Amazon's book preview doesn't work. Has anyone else had this problem and resolved it?
![]() Works fine here running version 96.0.2 under Windows 10. Try updating to 96.0.2. If that doesn't resolve things, cear all cookies and site data for Amazon and try again to access that function.
Thanks for replying. I'm using 96.0.3. I just cleared Amazon's cookies and site data, but the problem remains.
In Firefox 96 there is a change for how to deal with third-party cookies (SameSite attribute).
https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/doc ... es/96#http You can modify this pref on the about:config page to revert this change as a workaround. network.cookie.sameSite.laxByDefault = false https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/doc ... e/SameSite Thanks. I just changed the cookie setting in about:config but it made no difference. (I had noticed the problem before version 96.)
![]() If no improvement using Safe Mode, do you have the same problem if you create a new profile and test it with no extensions or non-default themes installed?
http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_Manager and http://kb.mozillazine.org/Creating_a_ne ... on_Windows Thanks. I created a new profile and the "Look inside" feature does work there. So whatever is interfering with the book preview in my default profile is something that Troubleshoot Mode does not disable. Does that help to narrow down what could be causing the problem? Maybe it's one of my modifications in about:config (I have a lot).
