With FF v109.0.1 reordering tabs by dragging no longer works

Did you try to close and restart Firefox and reboot the computer, possibly in Windows Safe Mode with network support?

It is fully functional in 109.x.x. If restarting as dickvl suggests doesn't resolve things, try starting the program in Safe Mode. http://kb.mozillazine.org/Safe_mode

I restarted the PC (Windows 10 HOME, latest patches) and it still wasn't working after. After letting the PC sleep for a few hours, and waking it, now it works. (Sleep isn't supposed to affect state.) Glad it works now, and I'll pretend this never happened unless it happens again. Thanks for telling me that it wasn't broken- because that was my first (honestly- only) assumption. Now I have to check other PCs here.
