Just right click on a vacant area of any Tool Bar & make your selections there.
Menu Bar & Bookmarks Bar are available in the Context Menu.

i have been able to bring back my Bookmarks Bar.

however, there used to be a bar just below the top bar where all opened where there i could read many things like File, Settings,Help etc. kindly explain in detail how to bring back that Bar
