Can not open Windows Media (.asx files) in Firefox

Is there anyway to open .asx files in Firefox. When I click on the link Firefox displays the coding for the .asx file instead of opening the Windows Media Player.

Prob send with the wrong mime type(text/plain ) send them an email, it should not work in IE as well after SP2.
Workaround copy and paste the adress in the asxfile in your adressbar
or use launchy or the downloadwith extension.
