Losing bookmarks

How do i get my old bookmarks back on which i lost for the 2nd time?

Get somebody who is good at reading instructions to follow the ones at:

Choosing the wrong profile or actual bookmark loss are both much more likely with 1.0.x, so once you resolve the current problem be sure to upgrade to 1.5.x.

Also shame on you for losing bookmarks twice. After losing them the first time you should have learned that it is important to backup your bookmarks regularly. (go to bookmark manager, file, export)
