Using firefox 3.6.3. I disabled the adblocker for that sight. Temporary allowed all scripts to go thru and still doesn't play.

Some days their video works other days it doesn't.

All I get is a loading thing at the bottom.

Do you have NoScript set in the General Options to reload the page when the permissions change?

I just went to that site... kept loading... allowed all scripts as temp... site reloaded and the vid played. Also, I didn't have to disable adblock for that site.
As you can see she's (The CAT) always alert and on the prowl for Meoware !!

I just went to that site. I clicked on "Temporarily allow all this page" in NoScript (NOTE: reload the page when the permissions change is checked) and the video played fine. I did not disable AdBlock Plus using the EasyList (USA) subscription.

Yeah I have Reload page when permissions is changed checked.
Temporarily allow this page didn't work. I also deleted all cookies for http://www.weather.com that didn't fix it either. Adblock is disabled for that page as well.

Now it's working all of the sudden. This site is so flakey.

You might try safe mode to make sure all of your themes/extension are sidelined. http://kb.mozillazine.org/Safe_mode

I think the site is having problems. I tried it in FF, Safari, Opera and Chrome and it would not play. I then tried it again and it played in Chrome and FF. A couple of minutes later nothing.
