Hello!
Firefox 3.6.13 on Windows XP, fully patched.
Starting this week, I'm no longer able to access https://mail.google.com when I'm at work. Firefox displays this error message:
Secure Connection Failed
An error occurred during a connection to mail.google.com.
SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length.
(Error code: ssl_error_rx_record_too_long)
This happens when we try to securely access gmail through our Google Apps for Education accounts as well.
I've tried launching FF in safe mode, but I still receive the same message.
If I use the version of Internet Explorer which is on our computers (version 6!), I can connect without a problem. Our corporate firewall administrator has let me know that because IE can connect, it can't be a problem with the firewall configuration.
Any ideas you can suggest would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks for your help,
Steven

If you are still having issues try reading this.

I would try clearing the cache first, sometimes things get clogged in the works.
