Has anyone here had any success using the Moonlight plugin to view Silverlight videos? If so what flavor of Linux and did you have to do anything special?

I have run a search here and really nothing helpful. This question was prompted by a discussion over at PCLinuxOS, the distro I use. Seems no one has had any success. Here is that discussion: http://www.pclinuxos.com/forum/index.ph ... 051.0.html

(Yes, I'm posting from Seamonkey but my failed tests were done in Firefox.)

If you edit your title and add "Linux" you might get some more bites.
Tip of the day: If it has "toolbar" in the name, it's crap.

I just found your posting while searching for Moonlight and Firefox 5 compatability.

When I installed Firefox 4 some time back I came across an updated version of Moonlight on this website - http://www.go-mono.com/moonlight/download.aspx. There is a link there to version 3.99.0.3, as well as older versions.
After I installed this I was able to see videos on websites that required Silverlight including videos from http://www.afl.com.au which are also maintained by Bigpond.

My problem is that after installing Firefox 5 on the weekend the videos no longer work.
