network.http.max-connections-per-server specific server

Post by dusano123 »

Hello,

I would like to use network.http.max-connections-per-server=1 on ONE specific server, and use network.http.max-connections-per-server=15 (default) on all other servers.

This is due to platform I am using which has strict security policy and closes my session if more than one connection is detected. (i.e. loading more than one tab at once)
However, with =1 global setting gmail and some other sites are not working properly. As a workaround I am currently using other browser for such sites.

Could you please advise if this is possible? If not, would it be possibly by some FF addon? Since I did not find any relevant addon is there any addon request board available?

Thank you

Unless I am mistaken any about:config change you make will not be used until the browser is restarted. I don't think what you want is currently even possible.
