Url in Add-on bar
GOOD DAY !
I Have just decided to Upgrade from 3.6.17 to FF4, As i have figured out, how to put the page tabs under the address bar, and switch the open links options to fallow as open in new window, open in new tab. I Use the tabs very much, and i am used to have it the second.
Now i was wondering....... When you move your cursor over a link, you see the link in the Addon bar, from the bottom, of the browser. In FF4 Its dfferent, and theres a thing that slides, when putting the cursor on a link.
How may i get the link inside the addon bar?
I Hope i dont confuse anyone ...

No, i dont mean that, i mean the place where you see the urls of the page that is loading, or the link that you see when you move your cursor on it in the bottom left side.
how do it make it apear in the bottom bar, like in ff36?

Status-4-evar has options to place the hovered URL back into the addonbar (or up in the address bar): https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefo ... us-4-evar/

Re: Url in Add-on bar
hmm... Well i got everything to look alike the Firefox 3.6.17, but it seems that when you click a link, the dotted border around it is gone.
Any ideas how may i add the dotted border around a url, when you hold click on it?

Re: Url in Add-on bar
I have stylish, but i want that property for every site, and not just one. i guess i may define something for the http:// or ww prefix, but i though a edit of the main css files could fix that. im not sure where to look tho
EDIT
Nevermind, i see its a link to a style
It dos what i want, but not entirely, the border color is the links colour, and not the colour of the x div of the css

Re: Url in Add-on bar
Hi,
It's called the "focus ring" but I'm not sure how to show it in v4.
It's usually the default action to highlight the clicked link. Don't know why it's missing in v4.
I use the Stylish extension & a Style to highlight "clicked links."
