"All Bookmarks are gone" - Bring them back!

I was reading that there where some place where firefox backup bookmarks...
After searching and searching i found the last 5 auto bookmarks backups here:

C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Datos de programa\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\SOMETHING.default\bookmarkbackups

@ NICKOLAUSI ... Firefox 1.5.0.12 is No longer supported by Mozilla. It is an INSECURE version of the Browser. It has not been patched for at least a year....
Firefox 1.5.0.* is NO longer being patched by Mozilla.
It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you update to Firefox 2.0.0.16 or Firefox 3.0.1 as these are the most recent SUPPORTED versions of Firefox
